Job Title: Tier 2 Network Technician – Full Time

Position Summary

As a member of our Technical Team, the primary role of a Network Technician will be to handle onboarding and setup for new customers, providing on-site and remote training while troubleshooting technical support tickets. You will work alongside the technical manager, learning through a combination of training and shadowing day-to-day activities of other service technicians and account management team.

  • General understanding of network devices security
  • Packet capturing skills (Tracing/SIP Ladder)
  • Exposure to device provisioning
  • Virtual machine management skills
  • Good understanding of Linux fundamentals and commands
  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures skills
  • Basic programming experience with common scripting languages
  • G-suite and Microsoft office user and admin experience
Added Value:
  • Own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license
  • Reliable internet connection outside the office
  • Can work night shifts and be on-call

    Position Summary

    As a member of our Account Management Team, the primary role of the Solutions Specialist will be to qualify leads and guide them through the sales process to generate new, recurring buyers. Your will work alongside the sales manager, learning through a combination of training and shadowing day-to-day activities of other Solutions Specialists.
